Pharming communiceerde eerder dat de mogelijkheid van additionele EMEA-vragen medio december '06 werden voorzien; e.e.a. kan ik plaatsen binnen bovenstaand raamwerk. Vooralsnog heeft Pharming publiekelijk geen uitspraken gedaan over de voortgang van de procesaanvraag.
Wanneer de EMEA additionele vragen heeft over de door Pharming ingediende aanvraag, bent u dan van zin dit gegeven bekend te stellen bij uw achterban? of is het uw intentie dit gegeven intern uw bedrijf te houden?
Wanneer de 2e optie voor Pharming plausibel is en wordt gehanteerd; waarom heeft Pharming dan in een eerdere fase bekend gesteld medio december '06 additionele vragen te verwachtten?; impliciet heeft Pharming door deze gedane uitspraak namelijk een verwachtingsbeeld opgewekt...; uitblijven van terugkoppeling zou afbreuk doen aan heldere transparantie communicatie; en heldere communicatie is één van uw speerpunten zoals u mij eerder per e mail berichtte...

Zojuist ('vroege'zondagochtend...!) ontving ik van Dhr. Strijker het navolgende antwoord:
Ik weet niet zeker of ik uw vraag begrijp. Pharming heeft, conform de procedure, aangegeven een lijst met vragen te verwachten na de 120 dagen periode. Deze vragen zijn inderdaad gekomen en zullen door ons worden beantwoord. Het is ongebruikelijk om in deze fase van het proces informatie te verschaffen over de interactie met de autoriteiten. Pharming zal dat ook niet doen.
