    Moet het bod nog officieel geaccepteerd worden ?

    Ik heb gelezen dat het eind Q2 rond zal zijn (stond op pharming forum in een presentatie van Sanofi). De deal is unaniem door beide partijen geaccepteerd. Ik denk dat de overname nog wel officieel goedgekeurd moet worden door de autoriteiten?

    Heeft iemand een idee hoe het met de uitbetaling van turbo's en opties werkt?

    TIP Inventiva kondigde de resultaten van een studie aan waarbij het gebruik van intracellular glycosaminoglycan (GAG) niveaus in witte bloedcellen getest werd als biomarker voor de zeldzame ziekte MPS type VI. De resultaten geven volgens KBC Securities aan dat Inventiva een nieuwe tool ter beschikking heeft om de werkzaamheid van Odiparcil, voor de behandeling van MPS VI, te bewijzen in vergelijking met ERT. KBC Securities heeft een “kopen”-advies voor de aandelen met een koersdoel van 9,5 euro.

    Sanofi gets U.S., German nods for Ablynx deal

    Sanofi SA (SAN.FR) said Thursday that it has received antitrust clearances in the U.S. and Germany in connection with its proposed acquisition of Ablynx NV (ABLX.BT).

    Sanofi said that a waiting period for its proposed acquisition of Ablynx has expired without objections being raised. Under the U.S. Hart-Scott-Rodino Antitrust Improvements Act, parties to certain transactions must submit notification to the country's Federal Trade Commission and Department of Justice and wait before the transaction can be completed.

    The proposed acquisition has also been cleared by the Federal Cartel Office of Germany, the FCO, the French pharmaceutical company said.

    With the expiration of the waiting period and the FCO clearance, "the condition to the offers relating to antitrust approvals has been satisfied," Sanofi said.

    In late January, Sanofi agreed to buy Belgian biopharmaceutical company Ablynx for 3.9 billion euros ($4.76 billion).

    The closing of the offers is still subject to various conditions, Sanofi said.

    Correct!

    Komt nog bij: wanneer je nu verkoopt je een andere opportuniteit moet op het oog hebben, zoniet smelt de winst snel weg wanneer je verkeerd belegt.

    De koers steeg vandaag naar meer dan 44,30 met uitzicht op een nu wel zekere 45 en desondanks zijn er die aan het eind vd dag verkopen voor 43,84. Zit je dan niet op te letten of zo?
