("AMG", EURONEXT AMSTERDAM: "AMG") is pleased to announce that the AMG Supervisory Board has nominated Mr. Frank Löhner to serve as a new member of the Supervisory Board. Mr. Löhner's appointment will be voted on during an Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders, details of which will be announced in due course.
Mr. Löhner has been nominated as a member of the Supervisory Board for a term of 4 years. If appointed, he will serve on AMG's Audit & Risk Management Committee, bringing with him a wealth of knowledge gained during his time as a Certified Public Accountant. Mr. Löhner currently serves as a Director of Montagu Private Equity GmbH in Frankfurt, a post he has held since 2013. Prior to that, Mr. Löhner was a Managing Director at SEB AG Frankfurt and at Credit Suisse Securities (Europe) Limited.
Dr. Heinz Schimmelbusch, Chairman of the Management Board and CEO, said, "With his extensive background in financial markets and accounting, Mr. Löhner will be an invaluable addition to the Supervisory Board.
