Volgens mij zouden er 4 data uitlezingen zijn in het eerste halfjaar van 2021. Tot nu toe 1 gekregen. Wel weer des Celyad.

Op 6 mei tijdens de Q1 resultaten heeft celyad onderstaande naar buiten gebracht. Als je op 6 mei niet kan anticiperen dat je het domweg niet gaat halen dan kan je de tent net zo goed gaan sluiten. Positief eindigen; Nondeju wat moet erg vanavond nabeurs een berg informatie komen vanuit Celyad!

Additional proof-of-concept data from the initial dose cohorts of the Phase 1 IMMUNICY-1 trial of CYAD-211 for r/r MM are expected by the end of second quarter of 2021.
Preliminary data from the expansion segment of the alloSHRINK trial evaluating CYAD-101 following FOLFIRI preconditioning chemotherapy in refractory mCRC patients are expected in mid-2021.
Initiation of the Phase 1b KEYNOTE-B79 trial evaluating CYAD-101 with KEYTRUDA® in mCRC patients with MSS/pMMR disease is anticipated in the first half of 2021.
Additional data from dose level 3 of Phase 1 CYCLE-1 trial of CYAD-02 for r/r AML and MDS are anticipated in the first half of 2021.

Sarcasme laat jij wel vaker horen.
Maar de laatste seconde van juni is nog steeds binnen H1.
Vaker meegemaakt dat publicaties pas op het laatste moment kwamen en om dat we volgens mij geen bericht over uitstel of vertraging hebben gehad ga ik er totdat het juli is ook gewoon vanuit dat dat nu ook weer zal zijn.

Ik probeer Celyad een beetje beetje te leren kennen, maar kom er niet helemaal uit:

-MarketCap 68M
-Cash Runway: medio-2022
-Grootste aandeelhouder 26% stemrecht Tolefi: wat moet een 'Vastgoedspecialist in Portable heating and air treatment ' in vredesnaam' met zoveel CAR T therapie op de balans...of zijn ze hier de mecenas oid??

-Focus: CAR T cell therapie onwikkeling
-Pijplijn: welliswaar 6 kandidaten in ontwikkeling, maar allemaal nog Pre-klinisch of Phase 1
-Concurrentie: zwaar&heftig
-Medisch Dilemma CAR T Cells: in solid Tumors they kill both cancer cells and healthy tissue indiscriminately..how to minimize toxicity?

-->vrees eigenlijk dat er best nog veel geld bij moet hier, de komende jaren

Ik heb onlangs een kleine positie aangenomen.

1. Omwille van de koers die heel zwaar weggezakt is het laatste jaar
2. Er vrij belangrijke onderzoeksdata op ons afkomt
3. Ik speculeer op een samenwerkingsverband met een grote farmaceut aangezien hun onderzoeksveld een hot topic is in de biopharmacie

Het blijft uiterst riskant gezien de vroeg klinische studies, maar al bij al wel een risico waard met een beperkt bedrag.
