Uitleg:
Ze schreef nu: "Dat is toch fantastisch , dus ieder zijn manier , en super dat je voda hoog hebt zitten , ieder zijn vrijheid toch" Door die subtiele toevoeging geeft ze aan daar anders over te denken. Dat is trouwens wel consistent want een tijd geleden heeft ze al eens geschreven het niet bijzonder te vinden dat mensen hier zoveel info delen. Ik vind dat juist zo mooi aan dit forum maar 'ze' is natuurlijk vrij daar anders over te denken.

Maar ook hier, niets is verplicht. Echter veel halen en weinig brengen, daar zijn er al genoeg van.

Tot slot, ik schreef "doe als velen hier en deel wat (jij nuttig vindt), tenzij je het bewust voor jezelf wilt houden." Dat is dus geen bewering zoals jij stelt.

Ik hoop dat het zo duidelijk is.

Lijkt erop dat de weg omhoog weer open ligt.

EUROPE HRC: Domestic prices up further on tight supply, strong demand
Domestic prices for hot-rolled coil in Europe have continued to rise, supported by tight domestic and overseas supply and strong demand, sources told Fastmarkets on Wednesday May 26.

Although buyers had to accept higher prices to secure their required volumes, they have become more cautious about the sustainability of the upward trend in Europe due to falling prices in China.
The drop in Chinese flat steel prices, however, has not had any effect on the European market so far.
Fastmarkets calculated its daily steel hot-rolled coil index, domestic, exw Northern Europe, at €1,141.00 ($1,396.87) per tonne on Wednesday, up by €1.83 per tonne from €1,139.17 per tonne on May 25.
The index was also up by €44.85 per tonne week on week and by €169.75 per tonne month on month.
Wednesday’s index was based on estimates of achievable prices from market participants at €1,100-1,150 per tonne ex-works and offers at €1,150 per tonne ex-works.

(ABM FN-Dow Jones) Op Wall Street zijn woensdag zes van de acht AEX-genoteerde fondsen ten opzichte van het slot in Amsterdam hoger gesloten. ASML was met een winst van 0,8 procent de sterkste stijger. Aegon was met een verlies van 0,6 procent de sterkste daler.

ArcelorMittal to Restart Meltshop at Barra Mansa in Brazil

ArcelorMittal Brasil announced that it will resume operations at the melt shop at the Barra Mansa unit in the second half of 2021, which will require investments in the order of BRL 19 million for the maintenance and renovation of equipment needed to start production. The process of resuming production will take place gradually. Initially, one of the two furnaces that make up the melt shop will be rewired. The equipment will undergo maintenance and renovation before the start of operations. The return to steelmaking activities, paralyzed since 2019, is driven by the increase in market demand for steel and the prospects for economic growth in the country.

The focus of investments in Barra Mansa is mainly to meet the growing demand from the domestic market. The contributions will be destined to projects of operational and technological security of the equipment. Resources will also be allocated to re-establish the entire capture and filtering system of the melt shop and ensure better environmental adequacy.

ArcelorMittal has industrial units in six states (ES, MG, MS, RJ, SC and SP), in addition to representation and sales offices distributed throughout Brasil, comprising a workforce of around 17 thousand employees. The plants have an annual production capacity of 12.5 million tonnes of crude steel and 7.1 million tonnes of iron ore.

Bovenstaande nieuws van Voda (A.B.) is m.i. Een reactie van mr. Mittal op mogelijk handhaven van importbeperkingen van E.U. Staal in de U.S. Zelf maakt Arcelor geen staal meer in de U.S. Terwijl Canada en Mexico een speciale status met de U.S hebben voor wat betreft beperkingen, ook Brazilie profiteert hiervan. Zijn oude contract met Terni is afgelopen jaar verlopen en hij moet dus 2 MTA ergens anders halen. Wat is er lucratiever op dit moment om dat zelf te maken.

Weer handelsgesprekken tussen VS en China - media

(ABM FN-Dow Jones) Handelsgezanten van de Verenigde Staten en China hebben voor het eerst sinds Joe Biden president is met elkaar gesproken. Dit schreef South China Morning Post donderdagochtend.

In een telefonisch gesprek kwam naar voren dat beide partijen hun bilaterale handelsbetrekkingen willen verbeteren. Volgens een korte reactie van het Chinese ministerie van handel zouden vicepremier Liu He en de Amerikaanse handelsvertegenwoordiger Katherine Tai een "openhartig en constructief" gesprek hebben gehad.
