AMSTERDAM (AFN) - Delta Lloyd heeft de verkoop van zijn portefeuille commercieel vastgoed afgerond. De verzekeraar liet weten dat de impact op de solvabiliteit ,,beperkt'' is, wat volgens analist Albert Ploegh van ING neerkomt op 1 à 2 procentpunt. Zelf ging hij aanvankelijk uit van 3 procentpunt.
Andere maatregelen, zoals de aangekondigde claimemissie van 1 miljard euro en de verkoop van het belang in vermogensbeheerder Van Lanschot, zullen volgens Ploegh een substantiëlere invloed hebben op de kapitaalbuffer van Delta Lloyd. Hij houdt vast aan zijn hold-advies en koersdoel van 6 euro.
Het aandeel Delta Lloyd steeg woensdagochtend 6,4 procent tot 5,38 euro. Het behoorde daarmee tot de sterkste stijgers in de ruim 2 procent hogere AEX.
