Compagnie Maritime Belge SA (CMB) is a Belgium-based maritime company. The Company’s main participating interests, apart from its holding activities, are in the transport of dry cargo and aviation. The Company operates in three business segments through its participating interest in: Bocimar, a shipping company engaged in the transport of dry bulk cargo that operates a fleet consisting of owned and chartered-in vessels, also active as buyer and seller of both second-hand and new building vessels; ASL Aviation, a joint venture between CMB and 3P Air Freighters, engaged in aviation operations, services and leasing activities, as well as Other Activities, such us the Company’s other participating interest in the Group company RESLEA (real estate) and the ship manager Anglo-Eastern Management Group (AEMG).
