Taking a step back and considering what just occurred at AHA 2023, the kol presentation, and then at the Jefferies chat, it's truly a wonder our stock is not exploding up in share price. Making a huge contribution to a missing link in the struggle against cardiovascular disease that affects millions in the USA alone. And, we should be first to market this product...in the world. Wow.
So you have to ask yourself, why are we stuck at 2-3 billion market cap?? What the heck, look at that pipeline!
In my mind, it's simple. (And this has been posted many times over the last year, but bears repeating apparently.)
1. We're running out of cash. Letting cash fall below 1 year's net income is a red flag. See the current short stock numbers, 7 mil or so. We are at that point.
2. We don't have an approved drug. It helps a lot to show that you can actually get one over the finish line.
Other issues can be cited, but to me, these are numbers 1 and 2.
Simple. We gotta raise cash and get APOC3 authorized.
I believe CA is diligently working to resolve those issues and that he'll get it done.
