Geen financiele details gemeld.
(ABM FN) MDxHealth heeft een overeenkomst getekend met de US Government Services Administration voor het leveren van prostaatkankertest ConfirmMDx. Dit maakte het Belgische biotechbedrijf woensdag voorbeurs bekend zonder financiële details te geven.
Het betreft een vijfjarig contract, waaronder MDxHealth de testen zal leveren aan Amerikaanse veteranen. Volgens het betreffende ministerie is prostaatkanker de meest voorkomende vorm van kanker onder veteranen, met grofweg 12.000 nieuwe gevallen per jaar.
"Dit contract onderstreept nogmaals de klinische waarde van ConfirmMDx voor de risicobeoordeling van prostaatkanker en zal een significante nieuwe aanjager zijn voor het aantal testen", zo zei CEO Jan Groen in een toelichting op de berichtgeving.
Het aandeel MDxHealth sloot dinsdag 0,9 procent lager op 5,04 euro

Natuurlijk is dat contract door beide partijen getekend en is de kans minder dan 1% dat zoiets nog teruggedraaid wordt. Bovendien: mocht het toch of een of andere manier teruggedraaid worden dan zal het sowieso met een PB aangekondigd worden en wordt het niet zomaar van de site verwijderd.
Echt een storm in een glas water.

Ja je hebt gelijk mbt de mobiele site, maar op de normale site staat het bericht nog wel maar je ziet hem niet. Je krijgt een 403 (access denied), als het bericht zelf naast de verwijzing ook verwijderd was, dan zou je een 404 (not found) krijgen...

MDxHealth Announces Agreement with Istituto Diagnostico Varelli for Distribution of SelectMDx Throughout Central-South Italy

IRVINE, CA, and HERSTAL, BELGIUM - February 23, 2017 - MDxHealth SA (Euronext: MDXH.BR), today announced that it has signed a distribution agreement to make its SelectMDx(TM) for Prostate Cancer test available to Istituto Diagnostico Varelli's urology clients throughout central-south Italy.

Under the terms of the agreement, Istituto Diagnostico Varelli will serve as a non-exclusive distributor in Italy encompassing five of the country's 20 regions; Lazio, Apulia, Campania, Calabria and Basilicata. Liquid biopsy samples will be sent to MDxHealth's state-of-the-art clinical diagnostic laboratory in Nijmegen, The Netherlands for analysis. Istituto Diagnostico Varelli will reimburse MDxHealth for all testing services performed.
