    Eurocommercial Properties (17:35)

    AMSTERDAM (AFN) - Aat van Herk heeft zijn belang in Eurocommercial Properties iets vergroot. Dat bleek donderdag uit een melding bij de Autoriteit Financiële Markten (AFM).

    Van Herk heeft momenteel een kapitaalbelang en stemrecht van 5,18 procent in Eurocommercial. Dat was eerder nog 3,11 procent, zo valt op te maken uit de registers van de toezichthouder.

    De investeerder zet de afgelopen tijd flink in op vastgoed. Zo heeft hij flinke belangen in Vastned en Wereldhave. Daarnaast is biotech een favoriete belegging van Van Herk. Zo bleek recent dat hij een deelneming van 10 procent bezig in het Nederlands-Belgische Galapagos. Daarnaast leverde het belang van Van Herk in de Belgische biotechnoloog Ablynx veel op toen de onderneming werd gekocht door Sanofi.

    Gisteren toevallig eens gekeken op hun site en ze gaan in Parijs op een investeringsbeurs staan rond de 22 nov dan gaan ze omhoog en in jan kunnen we weer stijging verwachten hoop ik....!

    Gisteren wat bijgekocht, maar toch nog te hoog, balen maar goed ze geven me we elke dag het meeste geld bij de binck bank! En ik twijfel niet aan dit aandeel in januari gaat het weer omhoog kijk maar naar dit jaar! Allen dan moet ik hoger verkopen maar dat is moeilijk ivm hoe hoog gaat het dat weet niemand, ze gaan naar 2022, geen schuld en winst wordt hoger......

    Vanmorgen maar heel weinig handel maar vanmiddag uit niets naar 0,86 daarna terugzakken jammer genoeg! Volume we heel hoog vanmiddag......nu doorstijgen met dit onroerend goed....!

    Hoppa, weer omhoog bijna half miljoen aandelen verhandeld, het valt mij wel op dat iemand constant 50 aandelen koopt, persoonlijk denk ik een hele grote jongen of partij....!
