   Ik heb de helft van mijn positie op 46 verkocht. Andere helft houd ik nog even aan. Nu veel negativisme door handelsoorlog. Lidar komt eraan, benieuwd naar de ontwikkelingen daar.

   Fantastische kwartaalresultsten voor AMS, bijna 2 CHF per aandeel voor het kwartaal. Op naar de 100. De aanhouder en zittenblijver wont. Long AMS :)

   @Gunther denk dat er straks weer een instapmoment komt. Destijds kocht ik ze rond de 18 chf. Wat krijgt dit aandeel klappen zeg.

   ams.com/-/successful-completion-capit... (overname van Osram). Zal eind Q2 afgerond worden. Meestal betekent dat een daling van SP.

   EUR 274,289,280 divided into 274,289,280 non-par value bearer shares.'' Hoe dient dit geinterpreteerd te worden? (vertaling is wat onduidelijk).
   
   Apart dat het aandeel zo laag staat met dergelijke ciijfers.

    Kepler Capital Thinks ams AG’s Stock is Going to Recover

    In a report issued on April 30, Sebastien Sztabowicz from Kepler Capital maintained a Buy rating on ams AG (AUKUF), with a price target of CHF37.00. The company’s shares closed last Friday at $11.20, close to its 52-week low of $8.00.
    
    According to TipRanks.com, Sztabowicz is a 1-star analyst with an average return of -5.6% and a 39.3% success rate. Sztabowicz covers the Technology sector, focusing on stocks such as Dialog Semiconductor, Ingenico Group – GCS, and ASM International.
    
    ams AG has an analyst consensus of Moderate Buy, with a price target consensus of $28.62, implying a 151.1% upside from current levels. In a report issued on April 30, Oddo BHF also upgraded the stock to Buy with a CHF20.00 price target.
    
    Ik heb een pluk ingekocht. Ze verwachten ook voor Q2 dat de omzet niet drastisch zal dalen ondanks het gedoe rondom het virus.

    stijging afgelopen weken gemist. Denk dat de corona correctie wat overdreven was dus nu maar een plukje gekocht. Mijn koers doel voor einde 2020 is 25 euro.

    "In principe onderzoeken we elke indicatie van een wetsovertreding", zei de FMA-woordvoerder, eraan toevoegend dat de autoriteit reageerde op verschillende rapporten. Hij heeft geen details verstrekt.
    
    De Zwitserse en de Duitse financiële waakhonden steunen het onderzoek van de Oostenrijkse autoriteit naar vermoede marktmanipulatie en handel met voorkennis, zei het Duitse dagblad Handelsblatt.
    
    Het artikel rapporteerde eerder de sonde, wat leidde tot een daling van 16% in AMS-aandelen.
    
    "AMS is niet op de hoogte van enig onderzoek of soortgelijke zaak tegen een bestuurslid of medewerker van AMS", zei het Oostenrijkse bedrijf in een verklaring. "AMS is ook niet op de hoogte van gerelateerde verzoeken van autoriteiten."
    
    De Zwitserse waakhond FINMA geeft geen commentaar op specifieke onderzoeken, maar 'kijkt altijd goed naar opvallende transacties en transactievolumes', aldus een woordvoerder.
    
    Een woordvoerster van de Duitse Bafin had geen onmiddellijke reactie.
