NHS Wales has picked seven contractors across two new construction frameworks worth a total of £560m.
The firms have been selected across NHS Wales' national and regional Supply Chain Partner Frameworks, which could run for the next six years.
The frameworks will cover the design and construction of new builds, refurbishments and associated infrastructure schemes for hospitals and health centres across Wales.
Bam, Interserve, Kier, Sir Robert McAlpine and Vinci were chosen on the £224m national framework, which will cover building projects over £12m.
The regional supply chain partner deal is worth £336m and will cover three regions: north Wales, south-east Wales and south-west Wales.
Bam, Dawnus, Interserve, Kier and Willmott Dixon were the five contractors to be picked across all three regional lots.
Both frameworks will run initially for four years, with the option for an extra two years based on performance.
The frameworks replace the NHS's Building for Wales frameworks.
Building for Wales framework 3 was for construction projects across the principality with a value in excess of £10m and is due to come to an end in October.
Balfour Beatty, Bam and Interserve are the contractors on this framework.
The regional framework will replace the Building for Wales 2 regional framework, which lists Bam, Interserve and Kier as the contractors across all three lots.
