Klopt, maar vergeleken met de andere coins blijft Ripple redelijk liggen.

The McKinsey assessment gave high marks to Ripple noting:

“Ripple enables FIs the ability to operate cross-border payments faster than the 2-4 days common today.”

“The solution bolsters the certainty of the cross-border payment experience by providing end-to-end transaction visibility to banks, as well as settlement confirmation.”

“Ripple enables more transparency in the total cost of a payment to the payee prior to authorization, if participating banks are willing to provide this transparency.”

Being “flexible enough to be integrated directly into an FI’s [financial institution] payment hub, or…integrated into a third-party provider’s platforms to which FIs are already connected” shows the solution is well designed for different use cases across a range of financial institutions in the U.S.

Miguel Vias, Ripple's head of XRP markets, as quoted by CNBC.

“With respect to XRP, we are incredibly focused on international payments. I think we are probably the only digital asset that has a clear use case with respect to what we are trying to do with the asset,” he told the channel.

“With respect to growth and outreach, we will continue to partner with digital asset exchanges for listings and most importantly... it is really all about payments and in this quarter, you will see some very interesting developments with respect to our partnership in payments, with respect to XRP in particular,” Vias added.
