Wereldhave is pleased to announce the (re)appointment of several key Executive and
Supervisory Board members, as approved by the Annual General Meeting of shareholders
(AGM) of Wereldhave N.V.
Matthijs Storm has been reappointed as CEO for a term of four years, after an initial term
starting in 2019. In addition to the AGM, the Supervisory Board is content with the
performance of Mr. Storm over the past four years and is convinced of his dedication for the
next term.

Mrs. Françoise Dechesne has also been reappointed as member of the Supervisory Board,
where she will continue to provide valuable leadership and guidance to the company. Mrs
Dechesne will continue in her role as chair of the Supervisory Board.

In addition, Mr. William Bontes has been appointed as a new member of the Supervisory
Board. Mr. Bontes brings extensive experience to the role, currently serving as CFO of
Louwman Group and several supervisory boards and previously held various executive
positions at VolkerWessels and Hurks Group.

All other resolutions on the agenda were approved by shareholders as well.

(ABM FN-Dow Jones) Wereldhave heeft de CEO en een commissaris herbenoemd, en heeft ook een nieuwe commissaris benoemd, conform het besluit op de aandeelhoudersvergadering. Dit maakte het vastgoedbedrijf vrijdag bekend na afloop van de vergadering.

Daarmee kan CEO Matthijs Storm verder als topman voor een periode van vier jaar.

Françoise Dechesne wordt herbenoemd als lid van de raad van commissarissen. William Bontes is benoemd als nieuw lid van de raad. Hij is ook CFO van Louwman Group.

Ook alle andere agendapunten kregen van de aandeelhoudersvergadering goedkeuring.

Van saai tot bruisend
De jury roemde de wijze waarop Wereldhave, in nauwe samenwerking met de gemeente Tilburg, maar ook met de ondernemersvereniging en BIZ vastgoed, tussen 2016 en 2022 het Tilburgse kernwinkelgebied transformeerde van een saai stuk binnenstad tot een bruisend en vitaal centrum met een brede mix aan functies.

Levendig stuk stad
Het project is een van de grootste recente binnenstedelijke herontwikkelingen in de zevende stad van Nederland, dat volgens de jury laat zien hoe van een verouderd winkelgebied uit de vorige eeuw de weg is gevonden naar een nieuw en levendig stuk stad. Wethouder Rik Grashoff is verheugd over de prijs: “Als wethouder binnenstad ben ik enorm trots op de inspanningen die alle betrokken partijen hebben geleverd in dit project. In een aantal jaar zijn we er samen in geslaagd de binnenstad van Tilburg te transformeren in bruisend stadshart waar winkelen, wonen, groen, horeca en leisure moeiteloos samenkomen. Mooi om te zien dat daar ook vanuit deze hoek waardering voor is.

Storm bevestigt dat er gesproken wordt over zo'n zogeheten relationship agreement. 'We gaan zien of we eruit gaan komen.' Hij lijkt weinig onder de indruk van het dreigement om op te stappen. 'Dat mag volgens de Belgische wet helemaal niet, tenzij ze een opvolger hebben.' Bovendien verwijt hij hun vooral zichzelf te dienen. 'Een ruime meerderheid van de aandeelhouders in België heeft voor het ontslag van Beaussillon gestemd.'

Na Beaussillon zijn ook de operationeel directeur en financieel directeur vertrokken. Er moet nu een nieuw bestuur komen. Storm wil daar alleen over kwijt dat het efficiënter moet.

Description of our responsibilities for the audit of the financial statements
We have exercised professional judgement and have maintained professional scepticism
throughout the audit, in accordance with Dutch Standards on Auditing, ethical requirements and
independence requirements. Our audit included among others:
— identifying and assessing the risks of material misstatement of the financial statements,
whether due to fraud or error, designing and performing audit procedures responsive to those
risks, and obtaining audit evidence that is sufficient and appropriate to provide a basis for our
opinion. The risk of not detecting a material misstatement resulting from fraud is higher than
the risk resulting from error, as fraud may involve collusion, forgery, intentional omissions,
misrepresentations, or the override of internal control;

opinion. Our conclusions are based on the audit evidence obtained up to the date of our
auditor’s report. However, future events or conditions may cause a company to cease to
continue as a going concern;
— evaluating the overall presentation, structure and content of the financial statements,
including the disclosures; and
— evaluating whether the financial statements represent the underlying transactions and events
in a manner that achieves fair presentation

Wehkamp start maandag met een tarief van 50 cent per retour, maar de werkelijke kosten liggen op 10 tot 15 euro. Een schadepost van 725 miljoen euro per jaar...

Opmerkelijk idd., Vastned ex-divi vandaag maar WH morgen.
Kijken hoe de koers verder ontwikkelt vandaag

Het is een contant dividend en meestal wordt dat gedurende de dag wat ingelopen.

Koers wordt bij ex-divi immers gecorrigeerd met ongeveer het uit te keren bedrag aan divi.

Wellicht dat een bepaalde partij dacht, 'ik vind het mooi zo'.

Ik zat al te zoeken(idd ook een mogelijkheid), maar zie niets(niet bij mijn bankiers, noch op meest actuele sites).

(of zich vergissen in ex-divi-datum in alle stress) ;-)

We dalen vandaag omdat er een aantal aandelen kortgeleden ex dividend zijn gegaan en aanzienlijk meer zijn gedaald dan het dividend.
