Het is de Democraten door de strot geduwd.
Gelet op de Republikeinse meerderheid in de Senaat hebben de Democraten geprobeerd er het beste uit te halen.

Zij hadden ook en onafhankelijk controle systeem geeist bij de verdeling van het geld. Die is er ook gekomen.

Niet kort erna werd deze persoon door Trump ontslagen en het Witte Huis (dus Trumpziet nu zelf toe op een "eerlijke" verdeling.

Ondertussen heeft Trump (het Witte Huis) beslist dat wanneer de personen die de $1200 ontvangen, nog een schuld hebben, de schuldeiser dit geld kan vorderen en er velen rondlopen die niets of maar een gedeelte van de $1200 zien.
Zo wordt het een cadeautje van Trump aan met name banken en huisverhuurders, om oninbare of moeilijk inbare schulden te vorderen.

1: As a statement of approach, this is fine.

2:It feels like they stripped out a whole lot of detail. Or really any helpful detail. Put the burden entirely on the governors.

3: just assume sufficient accurate testing. Just assume it. Otherwise nothing changes.

4: I don’t think this alters anything governors were planning to do.

5: No deadline. That’s good.

6. Politically It feels like it says— your state didn’t open. That’s on your governor.

7. And your state opened & people died. That’s on your governor.

8. If this is all there is, and my employee had been working on this PowerPoint for a month, I would say “Ok, now where are the details.”

9. If they release details from the CDC, they will be worth looking at. They must have them.

10. Now the press conference show. Stay tuned.

Dit is een heel goede samenvatting van Trump's plan om de economie te redden.
Jimmy Dore geeft hier een uiterst scherpe analyse, en geeft heel goed weer hoe corrupt het hele financiele reddingsprogramma van Trump in elkaar zit.

De grote multinationals krijgen onvoorwaardelijk geld van Trump als bail out.

-terwijl deze multinationals sinds de vorige crisis 2008 hun winsten en de 2017 tax break voordelen alleen hebben aangewend voor
1 verhogen van management salarissen
2 inkoop eigen aandelen, waardoor de koersen stijgen (hogere k/w) en de bonus opties voor het management extra in waarde stijgen

De grote multinationals hebben verzuimd een reserve pot te creëren voor slechte tijden.

Een tegenslag als nu het corona virus, kunnen deze multinationals dan ook niet opvangen en Trump beloont hen midels een bail out

Kleinere bedrijven krijgen geen bail out. wel geeft Trump hen de mogelijkheid tot leningen onder gunstige voorwaarden.
Deze kleinere bedrijven mogen dan ook geen personeel ontslaan (terwijl Trump Trump geen voorwaarde stelt hierover bij de grote multinationals. deze mogen wel personeel ontslaan)

Het resultaat is dat de grotere multinationals op een zak met geld zitten, die ze niet hoeven terug te betalen aan Trump. Terwijl de kleinere bedrijven zich in de schulden aan Trump moeten werken.
De kleinere bedrijven worden dan een prooi voor de grote multinationals, die die kleinere bedrijven graag opkopen (met hun zak vol geld van Trump).
Dit leidt tot grotere monopoly posities.

De bevolking delft het onderspit, want Trump heeft de grote multinationals toestemming gegeven personeel (massaal) te ontslaan.
Als doekje voor het bloeden krijgen de ontslagen werknemers $ 1200 over een periode van 10 weken en een werkeloosheid uitkering.

Net nu de luchtvaartmaatschappijen hun vluchten drastisch hebben beperkt ivm het corona virus.

The decision to restart production comes as airlines have seen demand for air travel come to a virtual halt. Airlines are grounding many of the jets they already own as they slash their schedules by 70% to 90%.

Earlier this week tracking service Circium estimated there are now nearly 14,000 jets parked by airlines around the world, representing 63% of the global fleet.
Boeing reported that customers canceled orders for 150 jets in March, and 41 were canceled in February. Airlines are also deferring delivery dates for jets they are keeping on order.

The 65-year-old woman was prescribed the malaria drug and an antibiotic by her doctor to treat coronavirus symptoms.

A New York woman with coronavirus symptoms died last week after being prescribed a drug cocktail with known cardiac side effects, and family members say she was not tested for COVID-19 or for heart problems before receiving the medication.

The family’s experience suggests that at least some physicians are prescribing hydroxychloroquine and azithromycin — drugs President Donald Trump has promoted to treat the coronavirus — outside of hospital settings, underscoring why major medical organizations including the American Heart Association have issued warnings about the drug’s potential to trigger heart arrhythmia in some patients.

In early April, Ligia, a 65-year-old Queens resident, was given the drug by her general practitioner after she reported having a bad cough, fever and shortness of breath. Ligia’s last name is being withheld on the request of her children.

While Ligia’s symptoms were consistent with those of COVID-19, the illness caused by the coronavirus, she was never tested for the virus, her brother-in-law, Lee Levitt, told NBC News. Ligia received the drug after speaking by phone with her doctor, Levitt said. She was never evaluated in person and received no heart screening or warning about the potential side effects.

“It was handed over like a bag of cookies,” Levitt said.

NBC News made two attempts to reach Ligia’s doctor for comment. A man who answered the office phone and identified himself as the doctor then said there’d been a misunderstanding and offered to take a message.

Levitt acknowledged that the family does not know that the drug caused Ligia’s death. The family has not received a death certificate.
