Beurscodes, betekenis en hulp bij zoeken

Kunt u een instrument niet vinden?

Zoek dan via de zogenaamde ISIN code. Elk instrument, aandeel etc. heeft een unieke code.

Kies vervolgens - wanneer er meerdere resultaten zijn - de notering op de beurs van uw keuze.

Waar vind ik die ISIN code?

Google de naam van het instrument, aandeel etc. met de toevoeging 'ISIN'.

Als zoeken op ISIN code geen resultaten oplevert hebben wij het instrument of aandeel niet in onze koersendatabase.

information." A letter dated July 8,2003 from the placement agent for GTC Biotherapeutics,
Inc.'s ("GTCB") PIPE offering to Lieberman's assistant stated:
This Letter confirms your oral agreement that the information in
this letter and enclosed herewith and the contemplated Offering of
[GTCBYs] Common Stock shall be kept confidential. You agree
not to disclose to any third party any information contained herein,
or any terms, conditions or other facts with respect to the Offering,
including, without limitation, that [GTCB] is or may be
contemplating the Offering. . . . We remind you of your
obligation under the federal securities laws not to transact in the
securities of [GTCB] when in possession of material nonpublic
information.

17. Lieberman also signed a securities purchase agreement in which GTCB
warranted that it had not provided Deephaven any material, nonpublic information "except for
the issuance of the [GTCB PIPE shares] and the transactions contemplated by [the GTCB
securities purchase agreement]." Deephaven and Lieberman violated this duty when, on behalf of
the Small Cap Fund, Lieberman shorted GTCB's common stock on 13 days before GTCB
publicly announced its PIPE offering on July 30,2003.
C. Deephaven and Lieberman Traded While in Possession of Material Nonpublic
Information in Breach of a Duty of Trust and Confidence
18. Lieberman, after learning about a PIPE offering from the placement agent, began
placing orders to sell short the issuer's stock for the Small Cap Fund.

Deze heer Lieberman wist van de Pipe placing of GTCB shares, mocht daar niks van vertellen(moest hij voor tekenen) maar ging toch voor het Small cap Fund shorten........tja

Enige wat mij niet duidelijk is hoe hij dit wist en waarom voor de rest ,ik hoop dat hij de cel in gaat of verplicht de koers moet opdrijven naar de $2:)

1. This action involves insider trading by Defendants Deephaven Capital
Management, LLC ("Deephaven") and Bruce Lieberman ("Lieberman") in connection with
certain Private Investment in Public Equity ("PIPE) offerings of stock. From August 2001 to
March 2004, Deephaven and Lieberman engaged in short selling of securities in advance of the
public announcements of 19 PIPE offerings1 that are the subject of this Complaint while in
possession of material nonpublic information, in breach of a duty of trust and confidence owed to
the placement agents for the PIPE securities and to the PIPE issuers.

't Is niet te geloven dat de short intrest nog gedaald is. Zoveel te beter vind ik.
Het moet wel gezegd worden dat die MM's knappe gasten zijn; zonder te shorten toch de PPS kunnen drukken, chapeau.
Die insiderverkopen, zoals hierboven vermeld, hebben er toch niet kunnen voor zorgen dat de PPS instort. Dit wil zeggen, dat de aandelen netjes opgevangen worden en dat is toch ook wel positief, vind ik.

Zie het probleem niet zo.

Het is een feit dat men zo min mogelijk naar buiten treedt en weinig zin heeft om een positief beeld te schetsen.

Tevens heb ik een aantal aandelen vastgehouden waardoor ik bij een stijging nog steeds meeprofiteer.
En bezit ik momenteel voldoende cash om tijdens de stijging fors in te stappen.

En,NEE ik ben geen gier en lig dus niet zoals jij rond de $0.65 met 'n order om mijn reeds verkochte stukken weer veel lager op te pikken.
