Thomas E. Newberry joined GTC Biotherapeutics in May 2000. Mr. Newberry is responsible for GTC's corporate communication programs - including investor and public relations, media relations, presentations and publications.
Mr. Newberry has over 20 years of experience in investor relations, public relations, engineering, training and regulatory programs in the healthcare and power industries.
Mr. Newberry has a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Rochester Institute of Technology.

Daniel S. Woloshen, Senior Vice President & General Counsel
Daniel S. Woloshen joined GTC Biotherapeutics in 1999. Mr. Woloshen provides legal advice and counsel for all matters pertaining to the company's business operations, such as the negotiation and drafting of contractual agreements and letters of intent, consulting agreements and the maintenance of the company's intellectual property position. His scope of responsibility includes securities compliance, insider trading, employee relations, and other corporate legal matters.
Mr. Woloshen has over 25 years of corporate counsel and general legal experience, including positions with Philips Medical Systems North America; Biotherapeutics, Merck, and Baxter, the U.S. Food and Drug Administration and the U.S. Air Force. He is licensed to practice law in Massachusetts, Tennessee, and the U.S. Supreme Court
