PERSBERICHT: Shareholders adopt proposed resolutions at Océ AGM


Venlo, The Netherlands, 19 April 2011 - Shareholders of Océ, meeting today for
their Annual General Meeting (AGM), approved all proposed resolutions.

Approved resolutions
The Financial Statements for 2010 were adopted.

The meeting granted discharge and release to the members of the Executive Board
and of the Supervisory Board.

The meeting has re-appointed Mr. A. Baan as member of the Supervisory Board for
a period of four years.

The revision of the remuneration policy of the Executive Board was adopted.
